About the Position:

• You will serve as the strategic People leader, partnering with the CEO and executive team to align talent strategy with business objectives.
• Your focus will be on organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, workforce planning, leadership development, and scalable people programs.
• This role reports to the CEO and oversees the People & Culture and Recruiting teams. It is remote in the US, with a preference for Los Angeles.

You Should Apply If You Have:

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including leading the People function in a growing organization.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
• Experience partnering with CEOs and executive teams on organizational strategy and leading change.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and process improvement using data.
