Patient Acquisition Lead

Strategy & Growth:

• Own the end to end patient acquisition strategy across paid channels and all countries.
• Define growth targets, CAC/LTV models and scalable acquisition frameworks.
• Balance short term performance with long term brand and market expansion.

Paid Channels Ownership:

• Own day-to-day performance across: Google, Meta, Influencers, affiliates and partnership.
• Manage budget, pacing and performance targets.
• Ensure strong execution across multiple countries in Europe and Latam.

Automation and Performance Enablement:

• Partner with data teams to improve: attribution models, experimentation velocity and performance reporting.
• Design and implement an AI-driven acquisition system where the majority of campaign management, creative production, testing and optimization is automated.
