Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce instance, including users, permissions, fields, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Generate weekly reports supporting pipeline generation, deals won/lost, Sales forecasts, and cross-functional requests.
  • Build and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of Sales Operations experience supporting external go-to-market teams.
  • Proven history supporting B2B organizations, ideally in digital health.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise and experience with AI tools and Tableau for insights.
