About the Role:

  • The Technical Account Manager provides the customer’s business with proactive support and management during Veeam implementations and beyond.
  • The TAM’s mission is to help the customers unlock the full value of Veeam’s products and services and serve as your trusted advisor.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with Veeam Software solution implementation effort estimation
  • Create white papers, solutions guides, best practices, custom documentation, etc.
  • Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam Software solutions

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry.
