About the Role:
- The Technical Account Manager provides the customer’s business with proactive support and management during Veeam implementations and beyond.
- The TAM’s mission is to help the customers unlock the full value of Veeam’s products and services and serve as your trusted advisor.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with Veeam Software solution implementation effort estimation
- Create white papers, solutions guides, best practices, custom documentation, etc.
- Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam Software solutions
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry.
- Proven Consulting and Project Management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
