New Recruiter (Operations & Corporate)

What You'll Do:

• Own full life cycle recruitment for Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Corporate roles, from sourcing through offer.
• Source passive candidates for tough-to-fill and niche roles, including frontline and operations talent.
• Support Torc's internship and co-op programs, including sourcing and campus partnerships.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in operations, fleet, or logistics.
• Experience supporting corporate function hiring (e.g., Finance, People, Legal, Marketing) preferred.
• Solid background using direct sourcing strategies like LinkedIn Recruiter.
