What You'll Do:
- Support hiring across R&D functions, sourcing and closing senior/staff+ technical talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and own full-cycle recruiting.
- Source diverse talent through creative outreach and tools like HireEZ.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with technical fluency.
- Proven success in high-growth startups or infrastructure/dev-tool companies.
- Strong sourcing and ATS skills (Ashby preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated pay range $108,000 - $178,500 plus equity.
