Responsibilities:
- Own and manage designated work streams within the recruiting function, determining work methods and procedures independently.
- Act as a lead within the recruiting team, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Work on complex sourcing issues independently, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and judgment in resolving problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting sourcing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Additional Information:
- This is a contract position with no Ancestry Benefits.
- Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST.
- $40 per hour based on experience.
