Remote Contract Recruiter

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Remote Contract Recruiter to support full life cycle recruiting for professional roles in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• This is a contract position from now until the end of the year.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent while creating a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR on recruiting issues, pre-employment requirements, and offer communications.
• Maintain recruiting data, conduct market research, and recommend new sources for candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of recruiting and interviewing experience, preferably in the BPO market, with knowledge of Finance, Payroll, and Banking roles.
• Experience with salary negotiations, ATS (ICIMS and Workday), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with a quick learning ability.
