What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a portfolio of schools, providing coaching, accountability, and strategic direction to School Leaders.
- Build high-performing leadership teams focused on operational excellence and outstanding family experiences.
- Drive enrollment growth and financial performance while managing regional P&L responsibilities.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field, plus 3–5+ years of successful multi-site leadership experience.
- Strong financial and operational management experience, including P&L ownership, and proven ability to coach and inspire leaders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
