• You’ll partner closely with functional leaders, managers and their teams by showing up with empathy, clarity, and sound judgment.
• This role is about helping leaders do the right thing and supporting employees through growth.

An ideal candidate has:

• 7+ years of experience in People roles, with 4+ years as a People Business Partner
• The ability to be empathetic without avoiding difficult conversations
• Hands-on experience across org design, performance management, employee relations, and compensation
