The Role:
- We are looking for an office-savvy Payment Operations Associate to support our Business Operations Department.
- This role helps clients settle unsecured debt by working with creditors, agencies, and law offices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily settlement pipeline and exception reporting.
- Communicate with creditors and agencies to clear payment exceptions.
- Scan and attach documents to client accounts in Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
