Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a consultative sales strategy to onboard high-value emerging brands, managing the full deal cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct high-volume outreach to decision-makers and deliver compelling presentations that highlight ezCater's value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Partner Operations to ensure new partners are set up for success.
Sales Execution:
- Drive consistent pipeline growth by meeting daily outreach targets through calls and emails to engage prospects effectively.
- Own relationship building at industry events and through strategic follow-up, providing engaging content to keep prospects active.
- Leverage data to guide decision-making, identify trends, and develop innovative solutions to overcome sales challenges.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Require 3+ years of outbound sales experience with strong communication, organizational skills, and pipeline management expertise.
- Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work cross-functionally in a high-performing, people-first sales culture.
- Role includes up to 25% travel for conferences and customer visits, with a focus on ownership and accountability for performance outcomes.
