What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee customer onboarding, post-launch reviews to ensure customer success.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on adopting and maximizing the usage of our solutions.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Experience with enterprise-level SaaS customers.
  • Ability to create and refine Customer Success playbooks and processes.
  • Comfortable analyzing large data sets to identify trends for customer health.
