Your Mission:
- Drive customer success through full onboarding and ongoing support.
- Develop expertise in German accounting and finance landscape.
- Collaborate with sales and management to optimize processes.
What You Bring:
- 2-5 years experience in accounting, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Deep understanding of financial, invoicing, and accounting needs of businesses and tax advisors.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
