How You'll Do It:
- Maintain service communication and drive outcomes with existing partners to increase submissions, binds, and bound premium.
- Build relationships with retail partners and influence production through meetings, seminars, and networking events.
- Track and report on performance metrics and industry trends to support forecasting and strategic initiatives.
The Right Stuff:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or client relationship/account management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Looker.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive cash compensation with base range of $25.25 - $30 USD per hour.
