- Handling Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Microsoft Exchange operation experience.
- Strong skills in Exchange 2019-SE, Exchange Online, Teams, and Exchange hybrid.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Windows Server.
Additional Requirements:
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
- Strong English and German language skills.
- Basic understanding of agile tools.
