Bilingual Luxury Reservation Sales Consultant

Role Overview:

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning stays at Accor's luxury hotels worldwide.
• Engage in unscripted, heartfelt conversations that set the tone for a memorable travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls in French and English, assisting with room and suite reservations.
• Guide guests in selecting ideal rooms and packages using sales expertise to personalize recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Professional fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems while providing efficient service.
