This role requires a high work ethic and commitment, demanding work from Monday to Saturday. The expectations include following a structured sales approach and engaging in daily coaching. The role also expects reps to train with their coach daily. The goal is to set at least 5 appointments per day and achieve a 70% show rate with a minimum of 13 closes per month.
