Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Manage inbound/outbound communications professionally.
- Assist with rental car reservations and tow scheduling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year call center experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM CST
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM CST (rotating)
- Monthly performance-based bonuses up to $400
