The Impact You Will Have:
- Own the success of TRM's most strategic North America private-sector accounts using AI to drive success plans.
- Protect and grow revenue by defending GRR and surfacing expansion opportunities.
- Use AI to accelerate QBR preparation and customer health monitoring.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in crypto businesses, financial institutions, or fintechs with AI tool habits.
- Hands-on financial crime, AML, or sanctions experience.
- Track record of owning senior stakeholder relationships and driving retention.
