Operational Excellence:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations for print vendors, including vendor onboarding, contract execution, POS, and invoice reconciliation.
- Establish and monitor printer facility capacity, inventory levels, and peak/holiday readiness to mitigate operational risks.
Shipping & Customer Experience:
- Oversee carrier relationships and resolve service-level escalations with FedEx and Core Trust to protect customer experience.
- Partner with CX and printers to investigate recurring order issues, review Voice of Customer feedback, and implement durable solutions.
Data & Reporting:
- Own reporting on order issues, ship time performance, and non-billable costs, translating data into actionable insights.
- Develop reprint reporting and root-cause analyses to identify systemic gaps and inform product and process improvements.
