What you'll be doing:
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of 4-8 Account Executives.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings to upskill and coach AEs.
- Travel with AEs to support new and existing business from agencies and brands.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 3-5 years as an AE and 3+ years as a sales manager.
- Excellent understanding of programmatic media strategies and agency buying processes.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams.
