Proactively manage delayed and failed deliveries, taking immediate steps to address issues.
Coordinate with delivery drivers and third-party partners using company portals and internal dashboards.
Use HubSpot, Slack, email, and phone to ensure all stakeholders are informed and issues are resolved.

What You Bring:

Prior experience in dispatch or logistics coordination, especially in fast-paced environments like food delivery.
Proficiency with cloud-based tools including delivery portals, HubSpot, and Slack.
Strong written and verbal English skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
