Pipeline & Sales Operations:

  • Own and maintain the business development pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with company growth priorities.
  • Track prospect engagement, opportunity progression, and forecasting.

Strategic Prospect Engagement:

  • Support the VP of Payor Strategy & Partnerships and CEO in engaging strategic health plan prospects.
  • Prepare materials, talking points, and follow-up content.
  • Drive pull-through on strategic opportunities by coordinating internal resources.

Closing & Expanding Access:

  • Own business development efforts to expand access by closing key health plans
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with decision makers across clinical, network, and innovation teams within health plans.
  • Progress opportunities from initial conversation through contracting and launch support.
