Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics codes while meeting quotas through territory sales plans and maintaining a qualified lead pipeline.
- Assist in developing markets and distribution channels, identifying pain points, and visiting customers and trade shows to foster relationships and educate the industry.
Market Analysis:
- Perform market research to identify opportunities and evaluate trends and competition benchmarks to support product and business development.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales training while monitoring market dynamics and working with internal departments.
Planning and Reporting:
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for assigned markets to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Control Travel & Entertainment expenses, gather customer feedback, report to Senior Management on metrics, and ensure accurate CRM data capture.
