About the Role:

• The Compensation Director leads the Compensation Operations team, overseeing the monthly compensation cycle for Comparion Insurance Agency.
• This role sets strategic direction, ensures reliability, and drives innovation in compensation processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and develops a team of eight, building talent and capability.
• Ensures compensation is processed accurately and on time, driving automation and AI adoption.
• Works cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, and Compensation Design teams.

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of data sources, business operations, and compensation processes.
• Strong ability to select, develop, and engage employees, with communication and collaboration skills.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
