- Investigate billing disputes and negotiate customer credits.
e-Rate & Rural Health Care Funding:
- Main point of contact for customer questions.
- Answer general questions regarding customer funding requests.
- Review contracts to calculate ETC Quote requests.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or 2+ years professional work experience.
- 2+ years Customer service or billing experience.
- Ability to adapt to rapid change and fast-paced environment.
