About the Role:

• Responsible for leading senior-level talent acquisition across the organization with a focus on Banking, FinTech, and Technology.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles and board appointments.
• This fully remote position requires a seasoned recruitment professional who excels at identifying and placing top-tier executive talent across Latin America and global markets.

What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles and board of directors appointments.
• Develop and execute customized search strategies, leveraging research and market intelligence.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber executive and board-level candidates within Banking, FinTech, and Technology.

What We Look For:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment with a track record of placing C-suite executives and board members.
• Demonstrated expertise recruiting within Banking, FinTech, and/or Technology industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
