Responsibilities:
- Own recruiting systems end-to-end: ATS, sourcing tools, scheduling tools, and integrations with HRIS.
- Lead vendor evaluations, contract renewals, and system migrations.
- Build and maintain AI workflows that the team relies on daily.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in recruiting or talent operations at a tech company.
- Admin-level ownership of an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby) including permissions and integrations.
- Experience building AI workflows or automations that others use regularly.
