Senior Manager, Recruiting, Claude Corps

About the Role:

• Remote, full-time role managing the Claude Corps screener team and reporting to the Director.
• Turn recruiting strategy into weekly targets, plan staffing, and ensure timely candidate decisions.

Key Activities:

• Run screening delivery, assign work, track progress, and flag staffing gaps.
• Hire, train, and coach screeners, keeping selection standards consistent.
• Maintain Greenhouse records, use AI to reduce admin work, and report weekly results.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years recruiting experience, including managing recruiters or screeners.
• Experience with weekly targets, consistent selection standards, and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
