Senior Recruiting Operations Coordinator, Claude Corps

About the Role:

• You'll run the operational side of Claude Corps recruiting, from interview scheduling and candidate communication to reporting and offers.
• You'll own recruiting data in Greenhouse, build reliable reporting, and ensure candidates always know what happens next.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate candidate records and build weekly reporting on pipeline health, interviewer participation, and hiring speed.
• Manage scheduling, serve as the first point of contact for recruiting systems, and lead operational improvement projects.
• Prepare and send offers, track responses, and partner with onboarding for timely handoffs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or program operations with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred), reporting, and using AI/automation tools to improve processes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000 with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO.
