Contract Recruiting Coordinator

About the Role:

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team.
• You will serve as the operational anchor for talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and memorable candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Serve as the primary liaison for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout their hiring journey.
• Maintain records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the ATS, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a fast-paced administrative role.
• Proven proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization abilities to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
