About the Role:
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across recruiter screens, technical screens, and final interviews.
- Coordinate candidate availability and match them to the right interviewers for each role.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or calendar-heavy operations.
- Exceptional organization, strong written communication, and good judgment under pressure.
- Experience with scheduling tools; Greenhouse and Outlook preferred.
