About the role:
- Provide technical support for MYLE software to clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Act as key point of contact, resolving billing issues and software inquiries.
- Work remotely or hybrid within Quebec, with training and growth opportunities.
What you'll bring:
- Previous customer service experience and genuine desire to help clients.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
