Key Responsibilities:

  • Speak with business owners to assess goals, address questions, and present funding options as a solution to their business needs
  • Master a high-volume auto-dialer environment, maintaining the stamina to deliver high-quality pitches on the 100th call as effectively as the 1st
  • Educate prospects on our product, the submission process, and the value proposition of our funding

Success Metrics:

  • Consistent daily attainment of outbound call volume, talk time, and multi-channel touchpoints
  • Monthly and quarterly revenue/KPI targets are treated as a floor, not a ceiling
  • Consistent pipeline and funnel management with up-to-date CRM notes

Requirements & Preferred Background:

  • 1+ years in a sales, lead generation, or customer engagement role (high-volume environment a plus)
  • Relentless follow-up game and great phone presence
  • Background in application-based conversion flows (funding, insurance, etc.) and bilingual (Spanish) preferred
