Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for up to 6 ambulatory practices, scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
  • Resolve patient inquiries regarding medication reconciliation, refills, insurance verification, and authorization management.
  • Document and relay patient information to practices using Epic and other communication tools.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to explain healthcare issues.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
