Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in physician practice or customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills, empathy for patients, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to work in a remote environment within specified states.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly salary range of $19.00 to $28.50 based on experience and location.
