Role Overview:
- Own the Zendesk platform roadmap end-to-end from initial configuration through future enhancements.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and manage the backlog of system improvements.
- Lead configuration and administration of fields, workflows, triggers, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4+ years CRM administration or product ownership experience.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Zendesk or equivalent CRM platform (Salesforce, Freshdesk, HubSpot).
