Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise customers, delivering world-class front-line support experiences.
  • Own customer technical issues end-to-end, from initial report through to resolution, and provide timely updates.
  • Author product how-to guides, technical documentation, and best practices for the Gainsight community.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3+ years of technical support experience, with Zendesk experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using a structured, hypothesis-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
