Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email, phone, and chat, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
  • Accurately log, update, and maintain client records, interactions, and support history within our CRM system.
  • Compile, analyze, and generate regular reports on customer support KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in client support, customer success, or data-driven customer service roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers, statistics, and financial data.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets).

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
  • Must not hold other employment simultaneously; no temporary workers or subcontracting allowed.
