- Own and manage complex SIP integrations with CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
- Investigate and debug call failures via PCAP analysis and SIP traces.
- Act as primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients post-onboarding.
You Might Thrive If:
- You have 5+ years as a Telephony Engineer or VoIP Engineer.
- You have deep understanding of SIP Protocol and RTP, with debugging skills using Wireshark.
- You have strong networking fundamentals and familiarity with cloud communication platforms.
