Customer Success Architect

This role involves being the key technical and strategic advisor to enterprise customers during their post-sales journey. The role is designed for a seasoned professional who excels at driving value realization, fostering adoption, and optimizing customer workflows.

• Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical expertise during InfoSec, architectural discussions, and compliance reviews. Have proficiency in cloud platforms, APIs, Generative AI, and workflow solutions.
• Project Oversight: Oversee project delivery timelines, ensuring milestones are met and customer expectations are managed effectively. Coordinate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to influence the product roadmap. Build strong, trusted relationships with customers to ensure they remain engaged with the platform.
