About the Opportunity:

- We are seeking a Business Development Manager / National Account Executive with a proven sales track record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in facilities management, commercial maintenance, and property services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, including RFP/RFQ processes.
- Build relationships with facility directors, procurement professionals, and decision-makers.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in related industries.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and closing new business.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with authorization to work in the US.
