What You'll Own:
- The full funnel, end to end, from role kickoff to offer.
- Outbound sourcing to engage senior Amazon operators who aren't job hunting.
- First interviews, screening 20-30 candidates a month with written recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years in recruiting, at least two full-cycle.
- Outbound sourcing strength with lists and sequences.
- Experience owning an ATS like Breezy.
Compensation:
- Base: $3,500–$5,000/month, depending on experience and location.
- Per-hire bonus on every hire that passes 90 days.
- Quarterly performance bonus; on-target earnings $50,000–$120,000/year.
