Account Manager

What is the opportunity?:

• You will own and grow relationships with existing customers as we scale our digital health SaaS platform.
• This role blends account management and consultative sales.
• You'll work closely with healthcare stakeholders and internal teams to help customers achieve meaningful outcomes.

How will you contribute?:

• Manage and grow a book with significant ARR expansion responsibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, CS Ops, Support, and Implementation to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
• Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term account health.

What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?:

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of expanding revenue within an existing customer base.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
