Role description:

Own retention and growth across a portfolio of existing customers.
Build strong, multi-threaded relationships and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
Lead renewal and commercial conversations including pricing, terms, and negotiation.

About you:

5+ years in account management, account executive, or similar roles with direct revenue ownership.
Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments.
Strong commercial judgment, problem-solving ability, and executive-level relationship building.
