Customer Solution & Claims Specialist - Export

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Coordinate export processes, including documentation and compliance materials.
• Analyze return and service issues to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of supply chain experience with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese preferred; candidates near Long Island, NY preferred.
