Job Description

The Sales Reporting Analyst will own the design, development, and maintenance of all sales reports and dashboards within Salesforce. Working closely with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations, the analyst transforms raw CRM data into clear insights that drive smarter pipeline management, bookings forecasts, and go-to-market decisions. This role safeguards data quality, troubleshoots day-to-day reporting issues, and acts as the primary resource for any Salesforce reporting queries from the sales organisation. Key responsibilities include building and enhancing Salesforce reports and dashboards, auditing CRM data, translating stakeholder questions into technical reporting requirements, providing ad-hoc analysis, serving as the first line of support for report access issues, partnering with RevOps to refine forecasting methodology, and documenting reporting standards.
