The Opportunity:
- We are seeking a Partner Operations Manager, MSSP to build and manage the operational foundation for our MSSP, MSP, and Telco partners.
- This role owns processes, data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to improve partner onboarding, activation, and recurring revenue.
What You'll Do:
- Own the partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, establishing scalable workflows and managing partner relationships.
- Build reporting dashboards, automate processes, and improve data quality in Salesforce and PRM.
- Lead cross-functional execution by managing intake, prioritization, and operating reviews.
