Role:
- Own growth and expansion for a portfolio of commercial and mid-market customers in the Western USA.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage account plans, whitespace strategy, and expansion forecasts.
- Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and add-on capacity opportunities.
- Partner with CS, Renewals, and Sales Engineering to drive growth.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales or account management experience.
- Experience with cloud data storage, data management, or data protection.
- 2+ years in expansion, upsell, or install-base selling motions.
